HOMEBAKE TRIP!

Friday morning i left home and we went to nicoles house, we picked up stacey and her from there at a bit after 9 and then we had to run around and do some shit in town and we ended up leaving wagga at about 10.

The trip was pretty boring we just talked and listened to music and shit.

When we got there we went to the place we were staying but we couldn't find it at first and then we finally did and it had a really shit carpark, not that it perticularly matters, but anyway.. then (im trying to remember) we went shopping and bummed around and shit for the rest of the day (if we did anything else nicole and stacey tell me because i can't remember.)

On saturday we woke up fairly early and all got ready to goto the concert. :) It took like an hour or something to get in which was pretty boring but i guess it's expected so we got in at 11.27 or something and we decided to go look at the shops and shit before most people got there, so we did and we bought heeps of shit, i bought a kool bag, a frenzal rhomb shirt, a homebake shirt and some other krap and they bought shit too then we watched the last little bit of FOR AMUSEMENT ONLY and from THE SLEEPY JACKSONS to THE VINES (1pm - 9pm) we were in the front fucking row!!!!!!!!! It was so mad..!! :P

THE SLEEPY JACKSONS were pretty mad, there a good band to see live and there music is good too :)

JOHN BUTLER TRIO was just fucking amazing but that's to be expected :D.. You can't explain how mad that show was.

MAGIC DIRT were pretty mad, i think the lady was crazy or something thou, who knows.

1200 TECHNIQUES were REALLY good for a hiphop band, usually i don't like that music and i wouldn't listen to too much of it on cd or anything but they were REALLY great live band, they got in with the croud n shit it was good. :P

THE SUPERJESUS, well i LOVE the superjesus allways have, she has like 3 of those fucking guitars!!!!! I only want one :( too bad they cost $3000, they were really mad but there set kinda got fucked up by everyone paying more attention to the dickheads that were stage diving. But they were still good. :D

SOMETHING FOR KATE i have all there cds, i love there music but they fucking suck live, really they didn't talk to the audience at all and the basist gurl looked at the drummer almost the whole time like if your doing a live set you don't fucking face the other direction, that was stupid.

THE VINES i love there music but that was a REALLLY shit set, mainly just because the singer was fucking drunk as, he almost passed out like 5 times, and almost vomited and he was spitting everywhere n shit, he fell over a bunch of times and kept throwing guitars and braking shit. The dudes in the black up there were getting really shitty at him but oh well it was still a mad day.

We got some really fucking mad photos because we were in the front row and then the security dudes took some even closer ones for us, gotta get them developed soon then i'm gunna get them all up here for you to see!! :)

After that we left the main stage and went to the dome to see frenzal rhomb, i was SOOOOOOO disapointed that we were so far back for this i LOVEEEE frenzal rhomb, there one of my favourite bands but there still good and they were really good with the audience and there music was great as usual, and i got some pics but there of way far back. But oh well. They finished at about 1/4 past 10 or something then we watched nick cave till about 10.30 and it was pretty boring and heeps of people had already left so we decided to go back to the hotel

We got on the train at St. James and got off at Town hall like we did everytime and then went to go on the one back to Edgecliff and it was on platform 5 and it said 'Platform 5 people goto Platform 6' so we went to platform 6 and got on that train. Two stops later we realised it was taking us back to St James so we got off at Circular Quay (or however you spell it.) And we stood there for a bit looking at all the lights of the bridge and the opera house and ferries and stuff and it was pretty good, was good for nicole i think because she hadn't seen it before. :) Then we decided to go back to Town Hall and then platform 5 was open and they told us that someone had died or got caught on the tracks or something do the train was so late. We finally got back to the hotel at like 12 or later.

On sunday we got up and did a little bit of shopping, we were all really fucking warn out after standing up and jumping around for so long the day before so we didn't do too much and we went home at like 2 or 3 or something, we finally arrived home at like 8.30 or something and were all happy that it was a good trip :)
